I am not happy with my last stay Being a gold member no welcome statement were addressed to me . The room was booked on double bed we found only one water bottle and the duty manager saw me and said I will send you a bottle ( and nothing done ). When ask for ice I was told I have to pay 10 Dirhams . Or I have to go to the coffee shop begging the staff for ice , and was giving two paper cup with ice !!!!! I was giving a welcome drink but I in order to use it , I have to go the hotel next door to use if I wish . The room lay out is totally not practical ( the bath room , toilet and wash basin were made in a very strange way , and was shocked . This will be my last stay and will never promote it .

The hotel information channel seems not to be complete because the reception desk do not have complete information about customer's stay. Taking customers and dropping them off at the airport is not well organized.
